Fifteen years’ Management experience in B2B / B2B2B and B2C, working in and running my own businesses for the last five years in the Motor Trade. Experience in business strategy development & management, training programme development, strategic and critical thinking, product and knowledge development, project management, stakeholder and relationship management, communications, resource management, innovation, creative & design thinking and teaching.

I have twelve years of experience working with Local Government Agencies, Local Enterprise Offices, universities, funders, corporate bodies, businesses, and communities throughout Ireland.

I have ten years of experience teaching, conference & public speaking, presenting, and engaging with clients, customers, policymakers and organisations.
