We combine managerial and creative experience to transform SME’s and established company.

We have worked with start-ups and established companies, and with each, we have provided my entrepreneurial, managerial, and creative experience to enhance and expand these businesses.

In addition, we use our experience to build each company’s brand based on the company ethos.

With our managerial experience, we have the toolset to implement and develop business, communications, project management and marketing strategies to affect the company, their customers, and suppliers positively.

Currently, we are working on advising and designing sustainable projects that utilise art and creativity as the main driver to effect sustainable economic and social change.

Project Management

Project management for both artistic and corporate projects as well as multi-strand technology projects using PMBOK methodology. Focusing the project management on a defined project plan that includes timescales, stakeholders, quality, risk, staff and resource allocation and budgets.

Identify, develop and implement creative and innovative strategies in the cultural and creative sector in Ireland; Manage the development and improvement of cultural and creative projects; work with matrix colleagues across the organisation to ensure the Product Development agenda is innovative, creative and fulfils any societal and economic remits; take the learnings from specialist research in the cultural and creative sectors and disseminate in an appropriate and insightful manner to colleagues; worked and project managed grant-aided projects.

Project Funding – Local, National & International

Experience in managing and applying for Local, National and European Union funding via Creative Europe or Erasmus+ funding programmes. I have worked on several multi-annual, multi-partner EU projects under both schemes and also a number of Erasmus+ programmes.

Stakeholder / Relationship Management

Foster and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships to achieve organisation and programme objectives; manage relationships with key national stakeholders including Strategic Partners and Local Authorities; provide regular feedback from stakeholders to the organisation; communicate strategy to key stakeholders.

Marketing & Business Development

Developing communication and marketing plans that identify distinct customer segments, relationships and channels. Benchmarking by setting & reviewing metrics for goals, KPIs, ROI and targets.

Resource Management
